His neighbor has him in stitches
Even before the accident that you'll want to read only so much about, Richard and Lynn Bell knew they had angels as neighbors.
The Bells live on a tidy block of smallish 1950s homes on Santa Rosa's Monroe Street, near stately McDonald Avenue. On Saturday, Richard was using a table saw to cut hardwood for a new floor he's creating at a house two doors down from where he and Lynn live.
